Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
As Principal of Mother of Our Redeemer Catholic School, I would like to welcome you to our school’s website. As a small school, we have the opportunity to create the best learning experiences for all students and maintain a safe environment instilled with Catholic values.
Mother of Our Redeemer Catholic School’s faculty, staff, and administration, in accordance with the parents and parish community, strive to provide a safe atmosphere replete with Christian values, academic excellence, and a sense of emotional and physical stability for the children in their care. The M.O.R. student is encouraged to develop his/her Catholic faith through knowledge of doctrine and spiritual growth through reception of the sacraments, frequent participation in the celebrations of the Eucharist, prayer and witness to the teachings of Jesus Christ. Striving for academic excellence in a technological society, coping with the problems inherent in a technocracy, and in general, developing the child as a whole person present a formidable challenge for educators, parents, and all who are dedicated to the children at Mother of Our Redeemer Catholic School. The faculty and administration commit themselves to developing an individual of deep faith, skilled in diverse curriculum areas, and aware of his/her role in society where monetary concerns are foremost.
The vision of Mother of Our Redeemer Catholic School is to guide the mind, body, and spirit of the next generation of Catholic leaders and witnesses of the Catholic faith to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet their full potential through sound academic and technological enhancement.
In my years at Mother of Our Redeemer, I see the engines revving to move forward with our mission and vision, and it is just plain exciting. I hope our parents and the community will join us on this important journey.
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the student handbook and the ongoing events at Mother of Our Redeemer Catholic School. You can keep up with events on our website and direct communication with school personnel. I encourage you to stay involved in your child’s education by joining the MOR Parent Association (PALS).
By supporting one another and remaining involved, MOR will continue to make huge positive strides. We look forward to seeing you at our Open House.
Ms. Ana E. Casariego
